New enhancment is now in place for all companies. these are exciting new features that will add much values and benefits for managing your remote workforce.

Tours & Checkpoints Scan 

Exciting news! We've introduced a new feature: Checkpoints Scan, which allows you to establish virtual or physical checkpoints using NFC and QR codes. These checkpoints act as designated spots or tasks that employees monitor or interact with during their routine operations. By scanning these checkpoints, employees can verify that critical locations, events, or assets are being attended to as required. Click here for more details

Welfare Check

Welfare Check is now available! Ensure the safety and well-being of your employees with our advanced welfare check system. Companies can schedule welfare checks at specific intervals during employee shifts—such as every hour—and set up to three follow-up notifications if no response is received. This feature is particularly valuable for organizations with a workforce at remote sites, employees working alone, or those on night shifts, providing a reliable way to monitor their safety.

Customize Employee Access to Shift and Roster Information

The Employee Viewing Permissions feature empowers companies to manage and control the information their employees can access during their scheduled shifts. Using this feature, you can configure the following options for your staff:

  • View Co-Workers Scheduled to the Same Shift: Allow employees to see who else is working during their current shift.
  • View Co-Workers Scheduled to the Next Subsequent Shift: Permit employees to view the team members scheduled for the upcoming shift after theirs.
  • View the Site Roster for Current & Future Weeks: Grant access to the site roster details for the current and upcoming weeks.

This feature provides flexibility to customize employee permissions, ensuring they have access to the information they need while maintaining organizational control.

Site Contacts

You can now create and manage multiple key contact details for each site and share them with your staff. These contacts could include:

  • Duty managers
  • Key personnel for emergencies
  • Any other relevant site-specific contacts

How to Add Site Contacts:

  1. Navigate to the site details page.
  2. On the left side, locate the blue tabs and select the Contact Information tab.
  3. Start adding the relevant contact details.

For each contact, you can specify whether the contact information should be shared with your staff on their mobile devices.

 

Access Codes

You also have the option to share access codes with your staff working at the site. These access codes may be required for:

  • Gaining access to specific areas within the job site.
  • Accessing the site itself.

How to Add and Share Access Codes:

  1. Add the required access codes to the system.
  2. Choose whether to share these codes with rostered employees.
  3. Optionally, set the access codes to be visible only after the staff have clocked in to the job site.

This feature ensures secure and efficient communication of critical information to staff members, enhancing site management and access control.
