times, and set the frequency of these checks. Whether it’s through email, push
notifications, or SMS, you can customize how and when these checks are
delivered. If an employee fails to respond, our system automatically sends up
to three follow-up checks and escalates the issue to managers and supervisors
if necessary.

Customizing the Welfare Question and Response Buttons
Our software allows you to personalize the welfare question and the text of the response buttons to better suit your needs. By default, the welfare question is: This is a welfare question. Is everything alright?
And the default text for the two response buttons is: “YES” and “NO”
However, you can customize these to reflect your company’s tone and style. For example, you might change the question to:
We care about your well-being. Is everything okay? And the response buttons to: “Okay” and “Not Okay”
