Customize Employee Access to Shift and Roster Information

Overview
In ClickTime Australia, the Employee Viewing Permissions settings let you control exactly what shift and roster information employees can see in the mobile app. From allowing staff to view co‑workers on the same or next shift, to granting access to current and future site rosters, these options give managers flexibility while protecting sensitive scheduling data. This guide explains each permission type and how to enable or disable them under Settings → App Settings → Roster Settings → Employee Viewing Permissions.
