Scheduler Minimized View

We are excited to announce a new enhancement to the scheduler! Introducing the Minimized View, which allows you to see your roster and schedule in a more compact format. This new view enables you to display more rostered shifts on the screen, making it easier to manage your schedule.

In the Minimized View, each shift will have a colored indicator on the left side of the cell. Additionally, two icons will be displayed within the cell: one to indicate a published shift and another to show if an employee has clocked in. In a future release, we plan to add icons for locked shifts and notes.

While the Minimized View offers a broader overview of your roster, it provides less detailed information within each cell. You can easily switch between the Minimized View and the regular view based on your preference.

Accept / Decline Entries in Roster Change History

To provide you with greater transparency and detail in your roster management. If you’ve set ClickTime to request staff confirmation for shifts, you can now view detailed Accept/Decline entries within the shift history.

With this new feature, you can easily see when a user has accepted or declined a shift, giving you better insight into your team's responses and shift management. This improvement aims to streamline your scheduling process and ensure clear communication with your staff.

Daily Clock-In Alert for companies that do not roster their employee's

We are excited to introduce a new feature designed for companies that do not schedule or roster their employees, such as those in the construction field. This feature allows you to set daily alerts reminding employees to clock in for their jobs.

Here's how it works:
  1. Navigate to Setting > App Setting > Time Attendance > Employee Alerts tab
  2. Turn on the Send Clock-In Reminder toggle
  3. Select a specific time of day, typically in the morning, for the system to send email and push notification alerts to employees.
  4. Choose the appropriate time zone and alert time.
  5. Ensure the alert time is set at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the job start time to give employees ample notice.

This feature helps ensure timely clock-ins, improving accuracy in time tracking and attendance management.

This is a friendly reminder to always make sure you are properly clocking in and out for each job.

if you ever forget to clock in or out, make sure to let your supervisor know so we can make any necessary adjustments

Change Show/Hide Voided time record in Attendance Screen

We have now added a new feature  on the attendance screen, allowing you to show or hide voided shifts. This feature helps you focus on the most important aspect—approved timesheets—by reducing the number of displayed records.
When you need to see the full history, including voided timesheet records, you can easily toggle them back into view. This enhancement ensures a cleaner, more efficient interface while still providing access to all the details when needed.

Streamlined Employee Reactivation Process

We're pleased to introduce an improved workflow for reactivating inactive employees. Now, when you reactivate an employee, the system will automatically prompt you with the app access screen, allowing you to grant or revoke specific access levels immediately.

This enhancement saves you time by consolidating what used to be a two-step process into one. Previously, you had to reactivate the employee first and then separately grant access. This new approach also helps prevent errors where an employee might be reactivated without the necessary access permissions.
