In ClickTime Australia, adding contractors allows you to manage subcontractor details, compliance records, rosters, and timesheets from one central location. From the Settings menu, you can access Setup Tables, open the Contractors section, and create a new contractor profile by entering their name, code, and colour identifier, along with any required details. Once saved, contractors can be scheduled, tracked, and included in payroll and costing reports, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and streamlined operations.
To add a contractor in ClickTime, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Settings section in the main menu.
Select Setup Tables from the options.
In the left-hand menu, click on Contractors.
Click the Add New Contractor button.
Enter the contractor’s name, abbreviated code, and select a color to visually represent them.
Complete the remaining required fields.
Click Save to finalize the entry.
