Daily Activity Report Software for Site Monitoring | ClickTime Australia

Tracking Site Work with Daily Activity Reports

The Daily Activity Report in ClickTime Australia is a powerful feature designed to help businesses monitor and document on-site work activities. It provides a centralized and verifiable record of daily operations, supporting industries such as security, cleaning, NDISshop fitting, construction and many other industries.

How Employees Submit Daily Activity Reports

Employees can submit their daily activity reports directly through the ClickTime Australia mobile app

What Is Captured in a Daily Activity Report?

Each report includes the following key details:

  • Site
  • Task / Activity
  • Building / Area
  • Floor
  • Notes
  • Uploaded media: Images, videos, and voice notes

Multiple employees can submit their observations throughout the day. At the end of the day, ClickTime Australia consolidates these entries into a comprehensive report, complete with media attachments and timestamps—ensuring transparency and accountability.
