Possible reasons why
you can not see the employee route and movements on Google maps during the shift:

On the web application dashboard and on the time attendance screen, ClickTime will report the 'No Activity.The No Activity means that the employee could have made any of the above-mentioned action for more than one hour – which prevents our system from capturing their location.
