Employee: Manage your availability
ClickTime Australia makes it easy to manage your work availability directly from the app. You can submit days and times when you are available or unavailable, choose full‑day or partial‑day availability, and comply with your organisation’s minimum notice period — for example, 48 hours in advance. Requests remain in Pending status until approved or rejected by your manager, and you’ll receive notifications in the app and by email once a decision is made. Pending or declined requests can be edited or deleted, giving you flexibility while keeping scheduling accurate and compliant.

Step 1: You can access the availability from the main menu.

Step 3: Specify start effective date and availability days & times.
Number of days notice required by staff to submit a leave request
Based on your organization policy, you will be required
to provide your employer with a minimum notice period in advance of your request.
For example, your employer
has set that you can provide leave request/shift availabilities within 48
hours in advance. The app will prevent you from selecting an effective availability date that is less than 48 hours.
By default, the system will display all days as available for work.

Step 4: When you select a day to add your availability, you have three options to choose from:
Step 6: Complete this process for all days of the week
Step 7: Click Submit
Step 8: You will see the request under pending, awaiting manager approval.
Step 9: Once a request has been Approved or Rejected by your Manager, you will receive an email & notification through the ClickTime app.
If your request is rejected, you will need to see your manager and you will be able to submit a new request if needed.

To Delete your Pending Request, follow the steps as above, but select to "Delete Availaibility Request"
