Block Future Time Off & Availability Requests

Admin users who have access to the system setting can enable or disable employees from requesting unavailability and submitting leave.

How to Block Future Time Off and Unavailability Requests

To enable and allow your staff to submit their weekly availability and to be able to submit leave requests,  go to 

 Setting > App Setting > General Setting > Leave and Availability page and select the turn ON availability or leave Requests.




What Happens When Employees Request Time Off on a Blocked Date

When an employee attempts to add unavailability or a create request for leave via the mobile app, they will receive a message and the request is not available at this time and they can contact their company for further details.
