Applying for leave on the ClickTime app

With the ClickTime Australia mobile app, applying for leave is quick and straightforward. Employees can select the appropriate leave type — such as Annual Leave, Sick Leave, or Time Off in Lieu — choose the start and end dates, and add any relevant notes before submitting the request. Once sent, the request is routed to the employee’s manager for approval, and its status can be tracked directly in the app. This streamlined process ensures leave requests are handled efficiently and transparently, keeping both staff and management informed.


Add your availability  on the ClickTime  app

Open the ClickTime app on your phone and tap the "Availability" menu item on the main menu.


1. On the availability screen, you can see Approved, Pending and Declined leave requests, To create a new availability request, click the + symbol in the bottom right corner.


2. Select the effective date for request.

3. Fill in your availability and unavailability for each day of the week by tapping on the day
     
4. Tab on the submit button to submit your request.
5. Once your request is submitted, the request will be in PENDING status until it is approved or declined by the manager

Note
1. One PENDING request.
The system will allow you to have one PENDING availability request. If you have 1 PENDING request and try to add a new availanbility request, the system will reject it. The current PENDING request has to be approved or rejected by your manager or you can delete your current PENDING request and add a new one if you need to.
2. Edit or Delete PENDING availability request
The ClickTime app will you to edit or delete your PENDING request as long as it is still PENDING.
3. Edit / Delete Approved Availability Request.
Once your request is APPROVED , you can not edit or delete your current approved availability. You will need to submit a new availability request
