To ensure full functionality and compliance with company requirements, the ClickTime mobile app requires the following permissions to be enabled on your device:

Common Issues When Permissions Are Not Granted
If the app is installed without granting full permissions, users may encounter the following problems:
Signature Not Saving
When attempting to save a signature (e.g., during clock-in), the app may fail to save or proceed.
Solution: Ensure Photos permission is enabled. This is required for storing and submitting signature images.
Document Access Errors
Supervisors or employees may receive an error stating:
“You do not have the right permission to download the document”
when trying to view certificates, licenses, or shared files.
Solution: Confirm that Photos and File Access permissions are granted to allow secure document downloads.
How to Fix Permission Issues
Enable Photos Access
STEP 1
Open the Settings app on your phone.
STEP 2
Scroll down to the apps section located at the bottom of the settings page, then tap ClickTime.
STEP 3
Tap and select Photos, make sure the (all photos) are ticked and selected
