How to Access Employee Attendance Photos and Signatures


To view the photo captured during the clock-in and clock-out process, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Time Attendance screen.

  2. Search for the employee of interest.

  3. Look for the mobile icon displayed next to the clock-in and clock-out times.

  4. Hover over the mobile icon to view the captured photo.

If the ClickTime system is configured to capture the employee's digital signature during clock-in and clock-out, the digital signature will also be displayed below the photo
