To ensure that your employees' documents are successfully processed, it is important NOT to group and scan all of the documents into a single file. Currently our system has a file size limit of 7MB, and any file exceeding this limit will be rejected.
Instead, please follow these guidelines to ensure smooth processing:
1. Scan each document individually: Scan each employee's document as a separate file rather than combining them into a single file.
2. Check file sizes: Before submitting the documents, please make sure that each scanned file is below the 7MB limit.
3. Name files appropriately: Assign clear and descriptive names to each document file so that they can be easily identified and organized.
By following these instructions, you will help us efficiently process and handle your employees' documents within the system.
