Introducing the New Compliance Matrix: Simplify Employee License, Certification & Compliance Management!
We are thrilled to announce a powerful addition to our workforce management web application - the Compliance Matrix. With this groundbreaking feature, managing and viewing your employees' licenses, certifications, and compliances has never been easier!
What is the Compliance Matrix?
The Compliance Matrix is a user-friendly screen that empowers you to effortlessly maintain and track essential licenses, certifications, and compliances for your entire workforce. It offers a dynamic and intuitive matrix view, allowing you to create personalized matrices to suit your specific needs.
How Does It Work?
1. Make sure you define all the certificate, license and compliances by going to Setting > Setup tables > Certificate & License screen, then
add all the compliances that your organization will need to maintain and track.
2. Go to menu item Company > Compliance Matrix
3. On the employee tab, Click on the button [Create new Matrix]
4. Simply name your matrix, e.g., "Onboarding."
5. Select the licenses and certifications you wish to include, such as "First Aid" and "Security License."
6. the system will now display all the employees and will visually display which compliance/ certificate is expired and which one is on record and valid
7. That's it! Your custom matrix is ready to go.
NOTE: Do the same steps for adding compliance matrix for your subcontractors
