Run Compliance Report

The Compliance Report in ClickTime Australia helps you monitor employee licences and certifications, identify expired or soon‑to‑expire records, and ensure your workforce remains compliant. You can filter results by employee, certificate type, state, department, expiry period, and status, then sort, hide, or reorder columns for a customised view. Security companies can also enable online public registry validation for NSW, VIC, and QLD licences. Once refined, reports can be printed or exported to PDF or Excel for record‑keeping and audits.

Report features:
1- Filter you displayed result by many parameters such as State, certificate, license status, department.
2- Sort the report by clicking on the report column headers
3- Display and hide report columns.
4- Drag columns to reorder the column position and place within the report
5- Print and Export the displayed report to PDF or Excel
To run the report:
1- Go to Employee>Run Compliance Report
2- If you are a Security Company and if your subscription includes the Online Public Registry validation for your security guards and you need to run the online report as of now, then click on Enable Security License Validation to enable the process.




3- If you are a none security company, you will see the report displayed on screen
4- Use the left pane to filter and select the data that fit your needs

The following filters can be applied to the compliance report:
1- Employee: will display results for the selected employee. Only active employees will be displayed.
2-Certificate Type: will display results for the selected certification, e.g: Security License, First Aid, RSA, White Cards…Etc
3- State: will display the result for the selected state (NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, SA, NT)
4- Department: will display result for the selected department.
5- Expire within: will display result for the all license that will expire within a period of days (10,20,30,40…90 Days Plus)
6- Status: will display results for a selected status of the certification
a.Current -         will display all active and current certifications
b.Cancelled -     will display all cancelled certifications
c.Expired -          will display all expired certifications
d.Suspended -   will display all certifications that are suspended by the security license authority
e.To Be Validated –    For security companies only (Security license has not yet been validated in the last batch run)
f. Invalid- Not Found.  For security companies only (Security license if invalid and not found in the public registry)

Security Companies
If you are a security company and subscribing to the online public registry validation, the system will validate all security license against the NSW, VIC and QLD public registry and will identify all CANCELEDREVOKED or expired security licenses.
