Viewing Overtime on the Timecard in ClickTime Australia | Payroll & Award Compliance

View Overtime on the TimeCard

ClickTime Australia allows you to display overtime hours directly on the Timecard, making it easier to review worked hours against award rules and payroll categories. By enabling the Reg Hrs and Overtime Pay Category columns in the Time Attendance > Time Card view, you can quickly identify overtime entries for each employee. This visibility supports accurate payroll processing and ensures compliance with Australian workplace regulations.

Prerequisites
1. Setup & configure Payroll/Overtime Categories on Setup Tables
2. Setup & configure the Overtime Templates
3. Assign Overtime Template to your employees

Display the Overtime on the Timecard
  1. You will be able to view your employees overtime on Time Attendance > Time Card tab.
  2. To ensure that the "Reg Hrs & Overtime Pay Category" is visible on the time card, you can follow these steps: click on the dropdown menu for columns and tick the checkbox next to "Reg Hrs" and "Overtime Pay Category" to include them in the displayed columns.
  3. More overtime reports are planned and will be added  to the reports section of ClickTime.
