In ClickTime Australia, the Scheduler Minimized View offers a compact layout that displays only essential roster details — perfect for smaller screens or when you need to focus on key scheduling information without distraction. This streamlined view reduces visual clutter, making it easier to scan shifts, confirm coverage, and make quick adjustments. You can toggle between the minimized and full scheduler views at any time, giving you flexibility to work in the layout that best suits your task. This guide explains how to switch views, what changes in minimized mode, and when to use it for maximum efficiency.
ClickTime's scheduler offers two ways to view your shifts, giving you control over the level of detail displayed. Let's explore the pros and cons of each view to help you choose your preference:
Expanded View: This view shows all the details for your shifts, including times, notes, break time, assigned task, employee position and contractor.
Minimized View: This view condenses the information, showing only key details like start and end times. It offers a clean overview of your schedule and is useful for those with a busy schedule.

The Minimized View, which allows you to see your roster and scheduled shifts in a more compact format. This view enables you to display more rostered shifts on the screen, making it easier to manage your schedule. In the Minimized View, each shift will have a colored indicator on the left side of the cell. Additionally, two icons will be displayed within the cell: one to indicate a published shift and another to show if an employee has clocked in. In a future release, we plan to add icons for locked shifts and notes. While the Minimized View offers a broader overview of your roster, it provides less detailed information within each cell. You can easily switch between the Minimized View and the regular view based on your preference.
