How to manage & customize shift view on the scheduler

ClickTime allows you to customize the appearance of shifts on the web scheduler. These settings are unique to each user, so each user settings will not affect the other users.

On the scheduler screen, and on the expanded view, you can select and choose which fields to be displayed on the shift cell, such as the employee position/role,  assigned task, job number, contractor code and break time.

How to Customize Shift Views on the Scheduler Page:

  1. Navigate to the scheduler page.
  2. Locate the options drop-down list on the right-hand side.
  3. Select “Shift View” from the drop-down menu.
  4. A new window will appear, allowing you to customize the fields displayed in the shift cell.
  5. Drag and drop the field  you want to view.
  6. To rearrange the order of displayed fields, simply use drag and drop.

NOTE
ClickTime offers two different views for users to choose from, the normal standard  "Expanded View" and the "Minimized View".  The Shift View option is only applicable to the standard expanded view.
