How to send an invitation email to new employees

There are 3 ways to send an invitation for the employee to join and work with the system:
  1. On the employee screen,  select the employee or list of employees and make sure they have a valid email already defined
  2. Right mouse click and select Send Invitation or click on the envelop icon





Alternatively, select and tick the employee’s name from the employees list, click on the Actions drop down list on the right-hand side. A drop-down menu will appear, click on send an invitation. An email will be sent to the employee immediately.





Send email invitations to multiple employees

You can send invitations to multiple employees by ticking and selecting their names from the employee’s list page. After this, you can select any of the above mentioned ways to send the email invitations


Send Apps Links 
Furthermore, you can send the app links from your own email to your employees so they can download the apps. Click Here to see how to do this
