View Employee Clock In/Out Locations on Google Maps

You can view the where the employee clocked in and out from  details on time attendance screen, by :

A. Go to Time Attendance screen  → TimeCard tab, then filter and display your employee’s time attendance data.

B. On the timesheet records of the employee you will see the Location icon next to the site name

When the GPS icon has a grey colour, this indicates that no GPS data was captured.

When the GPS icon has a blue colour, this indicates that GPS data was captured and available to be viewed.

 


 
C. Click on the blue icon and the system will display the Clocking details in a new window
