If one of your employees is having difficulties clocking in and out using the new mobile app ClickTime Ver#2 because he is using an old mobile. Then you have 2 options:

Option #1

Grant the employee access to add manual timesheets.

This feature will enable the employee to add the timesheet record every single day without actually clocking in and out and without capturing the photo & GPS locations

Option #2

Let the employee download and use the older mobile app ClickTime ver# 1.0. This option is not recommended, because the old mobile app will be decommissioned soon.
