Why employee can not see the clock-in button or the use photo button when trying to clock in for his shift

Why employee can not see the clock-in button or the use photo button when trying to clock in for his shift

There are two potential reasons why you might not see the clock-in or use photo button  and can't proceed with the time clocking process

Scenario #1

The phone screen might be small, or the current screen resolution is insufficient.

Kindly adjust the screen resolution and try again. If scenario #1 doesn't solve the issue, consider adjusting the font size or opting for a smaller font.

Scenario #2

It's possible that this issue is related to permissions. Ensure that you have installed the app and granted it the necessary permissions.

The app requires permissions to take photos and access the media folder, along with other permissions.

Refer to this video on setting the correct permissions: [Watch Video] or read this help article about app permissions

Please uninstall ClickTime, then reinstall it and make sure to grant the right permissions.
