Troubleshooting Receiving Alerts for Other Sites & Employees

Follow these steps to troubleshoot when supervisors or contractors receive alerts for unassigned sites or employees

Solution:

  1. Ensure the supervisor or the contractor is assigned the correct sites. Go to Settings > Users & Permissions screen. Locate the contractor and click on the profile field in blue.

  2. In the new window, select the Sites tab and make sure the contractor is assigned the correct sites.

  3. Make sure the supervisor or the contractor is not assigned to receive time attendance alerts & notification for all sites by navigating to Setting > App Setting > Time Attendance Setting > Alerts Recipients tab

5. Make sure the employee is assigned to the right team or contractor if he is a contractor. navigate to the employee screen, and correct the employee's details if necessary to reflect the actual team or contractor he belongs to.
