What does No Activity (Lost Connection) Mean?

What does No Activity (Lost Connection) Mean?

On the dashboard, No Activity (lost connection)  appears when ClickTime have stopped receiving updates from the phone for 1 hour or more during the shift. 

No Activity (lost connection)  can occur when:
  • The phone is not currently connected to the internet

  • The mobile app has been closed down

  • The phone has been switched off

  • The phone battery died

Whenever there is no internet connection, location tracking can not be collected.
