What is the Site and Project External ID
Site or Project External ID It is an additional identification number that you can use to reference and link the site , location or job & project with other systems.
This filed will be used when you export WorkTimeManager timesheet or time attendance data to other 3'rd party software's such as MYOB , KeyPay & ADP.
To ensure that WorkTimeManager creates an export file that will be imported to the other payroll software's successfully and without errors, you’ll need to ensure that the Site or Project CardID or External ID in other software's automatically mapped to the External ID in WorkTimeManager.
KeyPay Location ExternalID
in KeyPay you can add a new location by going to Payroll Setting
> Locations and click on Add
