Pay Slips in ClickTime Australia | Custom Terminology, Layout & Payroll Compliance

Pay sheet & Payroll customization

ClickTime Australia allows you to customise Pay Slips to match your organisation’s terminology, compliance requirements, and branding. You can define how your organisation number appears (e.g., ABN or ACN), choose benefit terminology such as “Superannuation,” and select from multiple pay slip labels like “Pay Sheet” or “Earning Statement.” Optional inclusions — such as leave payments, year‑to‑date balances, and superannuation details — give you full control over what employees see, ensuring clarity and compliance in every payroll cycle.

1. Organizational Number Terminology Selection:

Choose and define the term used to represent your organization number. For example, in Australia, options include "ABN" or "ACN," while in the USA, "EIN" (Employer Identification Number) is commonly used.

2. Employee Benefit Terminology Selection:

Personalize the terms associated with employee benefits. In Australia, "Superannuation" is prevalent, while in the USA, you can choose from terms like "Defined Benefit," "Defined Contribution Plan," "Pension Plan," and "Target Benefit Plan."

3. Pay Slip Terminology Selection:

Select the terminology used for the Pay Slip itself. Options include "Pay Sheet," "Earning Statement," "Pay Advice," "Pay Details," or "Wage Sheet."

4. Optional Inclusions on Pay Slips:
A. Leave Payments:
Choose whether to include and display leave payments on the Pay Slip.
B. Year-to-Date (YTD) Balance:
Decide whether to include and display the Year-to-Date balance.
