No Internet Connection

No Internet Connection

Encountering the 'No internet connection' error can result from various factors, including your phone's system, version number, current location (e.g., indoors, underground), weather conditions, and reception signal strength. The optimal solution is to relocate to an area with better reception and internet connectivity.

The ClickTime app continuously monitors internet connectivity to track GPS locations of employees. Therefore, the system may detect a poor signal one moment and a strong signal the next. Rest assured, if you see this message on your phone, it doesn't mean it will persist indefinitely. As soon as a good signal is detected, the message will automatically disappear.
