The reason "Motion permission switched off globally" will appear for iPhone devices when this permission level is changed while clocked in.

How To Resolve

1. Enable Global Motion & Fitness

First, ensure your iPhone is actually allowed to track motion at all.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security.

  • Find Motion & Fitness.

  • Make sure Fitness Tracking is toggled ON
    (Green).

  • Check the list below it: You should see ClickTime in that list. Make sure the toggle next to ClickTime is also ON.

2. Check the ClickTime App Page

Once you've enabled the global setting, the option should now appear in the app-specific settings:

  • Go to Settings.

  • Scroll all the way down to your list of installed apps and tap ClickTime

  • You should now see Motion & Fitness (or "Physical Activity") listed there
