Could two supervisors be setup per site to receive alerts and notifications
At the moment, you can only assign one recipient per site. But you can do any of the following:
Option #1
Create a group email that can be accessed by multiple supervisors. So all supervisors for that site now can access the alerts , since all of them have access to this shared email account.
Option #2
Go to Setting > APP Setting > Time Attendance Setting,> Alerts Recipients tab and do the following:
A. Select the recipient to be: the site supervisor
B. Add any other user as a recipient (but this added user will receive all alerts for all sites)
C. Add any external user or email (but this added external user will receive all email alerts for all sites!)
