Important considerations before staring to capture employee time attendance where GPS is required.

Clocking-out
1- Employees needs to make sure they clock out from their scheduled or Adhoc shifts. If an employee is not clocked-out from last shift, he will not able to clock-in to his next shift.

an error message will be display to to the employee as follow:

2- Based on your time attendance alert setting, the system can always send an email & push reminder to the:
A. Employees reminding them to clock out.
B. Supervisors alerting them for the employee who did not clock-out

3- Supervisor can download the ClickTime Admin APP, where they can monitor and see the list of employees that have missed clocking-out. Supervisors have two options in such case:
A. Using the ClickTime Admin App, supervisors can call, send text message or email the employee to remind him to clock-out
B. Clock-out the employee using the Web application.

4- At the end of every day, supervisors or office Admin, needs to make sure all employees are clocked-out from their scheduled shifts, this will minimize confusion for the employees on the next day and will also reduce hour’s difference between the scheduled shifts and the actual worked hours.

5- Based on the company setting and shifts, every company should look at & consider using the Auto Clock out features available
    on the time attendance setting.
    Company can select to either:
A. Auto clock-out employees from their scheduled shift once the shift time is reached.
B. Auto clock-out employees at a particular time of the days, for example: 23:55

Poor internet & GPS signals
1- All employee need to make sure to have a good internet connection AND a good GPS signal when they clock-in & out.
If they work inside shopping malls or inside buildings or in the city where there are lots of high rise building, please
   Make sure of the following:
A. To increase the size of the geofencing areas for such sites,  this will allow the employees to sign on & off from outside the buildings where there is good internet & GPS signals
B. Notify all employees who works on such sites, to always sign in & out from outside the buildings and not from the inside of the buildings.
