ClickTime Australia – View Timesheet Change History and Approval Actions

How to view the Change History or Audit Log for a timesheet record

In ClickTime Australia, the Timesheet Change History feature lets managers and administrators view a complete audit trail of every action taken on a submitted timesheet — from saved edits to approvals and rejections. Each record shows who made the change, what was modified, and when, ensuring accurate time attendance tracking, transparent approvals, and compliance with Australian workplace requirements. This guide explains how to access and interpret the change history so you can quickly verify timesheet integrity and resolve discrepancies.

The change history keeps a record of every time a timesheet is saved, who saves it, and what change was made. It also tracks the approvals (each time the timesheet is edited, approved, or rejected, and which approver performed the edit/approval/rejection).

How to view the change history
1. Go to Time Attendance Page
2. Search and locate the timesheet record or records
3. Right mouse click on the timesheet record and select Change History
4. The system will display a new modal window that will list all the changes that was done to the timesheet record.
