Scanning QR codes and NFC tags at checkpoints is a quick way for staff to log patrol runs, verify presence, and capture required data. This guide walks employees through each step — from starting a tour run to scanning checkpoint cards and completing any required forms — ensuring accurate records and smooth operations.

Below are the main step the staff member will need to do to start a tour run and scan the checkpoints 

1.    Click on  (Tour/ Patrol Run)

               

2.    Click on  (Get started)

               

3.    Click       (Start Tour Run )

               

4.    Click on the (Checkpoint Card ) to be scanned.

                

5.    Scan the QR or the NFC tag.

                

6.    Fill the form. Answer questions if required by your company.
