How to reset employee password from the employee page
- On the main menu, go to the employee screen
- Search and click on the employee name to view his profile page
- Click on the actions drop-down list
- Select Reset password
- A new reset window will appear, enter the new password twice and click on Save password
- Once
the employee’s profile is on display, head over to the Action tab, where a drop-down menu will appear, and click reset password
This will prompt you with a screen asking you to
enter and confirm a new password. Enter the new password twice and click on save password button
