How to handle when an employee clocks out accidently from his shift!

In case your employee accidentally clocks out from his shift, there are three solutions to fix this scenario as follows:

1. Employee Can Clock-In against Adhoc Shift
   Your employee can clock-in again against Adhoc shift. This way, he will have two timesheet records for that day. one timesheet
    record against the scheduled shift and the new Adhoc shift.

2. Admin Can Void the Clocked Time Record and Release the Shift.
The admin user who has access to the time attendance screen can manually find the record that was clocked out by mistake and can void the record. Voiding the time record will release the scheduled shift and make the shift available again to be clocked in by the employee.  Click Here  for how to Approve, reject & void time records.


3. Admin Clocks-in the employee manually against an Adhoc shift. 
The admin user who has access to the time attendance screen, can manually clock in the employee through the time card tab, by clicking on +ADD NEW.  Once the employee is clocked-in by the admin, the employee will be able to clock-out from this adhoc shift using the ClickTime mobile APP.
