How to Deactivate Client Sites

    At ClickTime Australia, keeping your site list accurate is essential for smooth operations and compliance. This guide walks you through the process of deactivating client sites — from locating the client in the Sites screen to selecting one or multiple sites and marking them inactive. Following these steps ensures your records remain up‑to‑date and your system free from unused or outdated entries.

    1. Go to the Sites screen.
    2. Select to search by the client.
    3. Search for the client name.
    4. Tick and select all the site or group of the client sites.
    5. Right-click or click on the action dropdown and select Make Inactive.
