How to Approve and Sign Timesheets in ClickTime Admin App

How to Approve and Sign Employee Timesheets via the ClickTime Admin App

To approve and sign your employees' timesheets using the ClickTime Admin app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the ClickTime Admin app and go to the My Profile screen.

  2. Scroll to the My Signature section and tap the Add Your Signature button.

  3. Add and draw your signature, then click the OK button.

  4. Finally, click the Save button.

       



Next, to approve timesheets:

  1. Go to the Timesheet screen.

  2. Select the site you need to work on.

  3. Choose the date of interest to display all timesheets for the selected site and date.

  4. Click on the Enable Multi Select button.

  5. Tap on the timesheets with the Pending status that need approval. Each selected timesheet card will be highlighted.

  6. Finally, click on the menu at the lower right-hand side and select Approve Timesheets.



Viewing the approver name and signature 

To view and print the timesheet with the approver name and signature, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to either the Time Attendance screen or the Time Attendance Report.

  2. Retrieve the data for the desired timesheets.

  3. Click on the Columns drop-down list.

  4. Tick and choose the Approver Name and Approver Signature options to include and display them.
