In ClickTime Australia, authorised timesheet administrators can efficiently approve, reject, void, or lock time attendance records for one or multiple employees. With the right site permissions, you can filter records by date range or criteria, then action them in bulk using the Employee Time Card tab, the Actions menu, or quick‑access controls. This streamlined process ensures accurate payroll, compliance with workplace policies, and clear audit trails — whether you’re managing a single site or multiple locations.
Considerations
1. Timesheet admin officer needs to be authorized and have the authority to maintain timesheet and time attendance records.
2. Timesheet admin officer needs to be assigned or given authority to the site(s) that he will be managing the timesheets for.
How to bulk update multiple time attendance records
Using the Employee Tie Card Tab.
Time Card Tab
When you select this tab, you can perform bulk actions for one
employee at a time. This feature is useful if you prefer to review and manage
timesheets on an individual basis.

Use the left panel filters to search for
records. Specify the time period and other relevant
data for your search.

Click the [Search] button.
3.
The system will display all employees matching
your search criteria.
4.
Click on the employee name you want to manage,
and the system will show their
corresponding timesheet records.
5.
Check the records you wish to approve, reject,
void, or match with the roster.
6.
The [Bulk Action] button will
be enabled and turn blue.
7.
Click the [Bulk Action] button
and choose the action you want to perform from the
dropdown menu.
Bulk Update Tab
When you select this tab, you can carry out bulk actions for
multiple employees, focusing on one day at a time. For example, you can manage
timesheets for all employees for Monday, Tuesday, and so on.

Click and select the [Bulk Update] tab

Use the filters in the left panel to narrow
down your search. Choose the day
you want to review and any other relevant
criteria.

Click the [Search] button.
