How to Add Default Recurring Shift Note

Overview
Create recurring notes & instructions for your staff. If you ever need to share the same shift notes with
every one who is rostered on a site, then you can create a recurring shift note for the site.

Once you define and create a default recurring note for the site then, every time you create a shift
for the site, the system will automatically add the site default recurring note to the shift.
This way you make sure that everyone will read the notes or instructions every time they access and
view their shifts in the ClickTime App. 

You can use the Default Recurring Note to write any kind of recurring instructions to your staff that will be working on the site, examples of such notes would be uniform that needs to be worn or instructions about the site security measures, operations, precautions, health, and safety…. etc.

You can always overwrite or add more information to the shift notes at the shift level on the scheduler screen.

Once the notes are created and shifts are published, employees can access the shift notes right from the ClickTime APP.
When an employee views the shift details, he will have an icon on the top shift details indicating a shift note. 


Employees can tap and click on the icon and the APP will display the shift notes and instructions inside a popup window.

 
Create General Notes for the Site.
Use this field to add any specific site-related notes. These notes will only be for the internal of your organization and can be viewed by anyone who has access to the site screen.
