Set
up project | Administrators must configure how timesheet and time attendance data will be collected. Skip part A if you are not using the Online TimeSheet solution A.Setup & Configure Timesheet template to be used If your employees will be entering their timesheets using the online timesheet, administrator will need to configure the time template that will be used for collecting the employee’s timesheet data. This can be done by going to Setting/Timesheet templates B.Setup & Configure Mobile APP Time Attendance ClickTime by going to Setting/Time Attendance Setting C.Allocating resources to projects & jobs Go to Jobs/Project and assign all employees or specific employees to the job or project D.Create and define tasks that are associated with the project E.Assign the right billing rates to project Go to Jobs & Project/ Billing Structure A.Setup & Configure Timesheet template to be used |
Submit time against projects | Project resources enter time against projects and tasks in their timesheets or mobile ClickTime attendance APP. |
Approve project time | Once submitted, timesheets & time attendance records are sent to the supervisors for approvals These approvers could include the project manager and a client representative. Approvers view items to confirm that hours are recorded accurately, and approve or reject. If timesheet is rejected, the employee can correct the item and resubmit it for approval |
Ensure
project data is ready for use | Accounting, billing and cost managers can view the approval status of timesheets and time attendance in the application or in reports, to confirm all hours. |
Use project data | Once project hours approved, managers can use them for many purposes, such as exporting to payroll, invoicing clients, calculating costs, monitoring project resources, budgeting and determining profit If you use third party software, you can transfer data to those applications using the Export functionality. You can Export these approved hours to MYO, KeyPay & ADP. |
