Group clocking is a feature that helps employers to bulk clock-in or clock-ou their staff’s timesheets in one go, all at once. This helps employers reduce the amount of time spent on creating individual staff timesheets.
Our Group clocking feature can be utilized for industries such as construction and security events where supervisors or admins will be required to clock-in and clock-out a large number of their employees at once. However, supervisor and admins are still responsible for ensuring time is reported accurately.
How to use Group clock-in for rostered & scheduled employees
4. The system will display a new window where you will be able to see all rostered & scheduled shifts that need to be clocked-in. The system will automatically copy the shift start time to the clock-in time and you have the ability to change the clock-in for any of the records.
5. Click on the SAVE button, and the system will start clocking-in all records one by one.
6. Any the successfully clocked-in record will be ticked with a successful tick mark icon and any failed to be clocked-in record will have a failure icon .

A. The employee is already clocked-in into a different record. You should clock-out the employee first before trying to clock him in again.
B. There is an overlapping & conflict between a previous timesheet record and the current clock-in record. You will need to either change the previous timesheet record or adjust the start time of the current new record to avoid the overlapping error.
i 7. If have made any error in the clocked-in time, just change the clock-in time and save again.
