Introducing the New Compliance Matrix: Simplify Employee License, Certification & Compliance Management!
We are thrilled to announce a powerful addition to our workforce management web application - the Compliance Matrix. With this groundbreaking feature, managing and viewing your employees' licenses, certifications, and compliances has never been easier!
What is the Compliance Matrix?
The Compliance Matrix is a user-friendly screen that empowers you to effortlessly maintain and track essential licenses, certifications, and compliances for your entire workforce. It offers a dynamic and intuitive matrix view, allowing you to create personalized matrices to suit your specific needs.
How Does It Work?
Creating a Matrix:
1. Simply name your matrix, e.g., "Onboarding."
2. Select the licenses and certifications you wish to include, such as "First Aid" and "Security License."
3. That's it! Your custom matrix is ready to go.
Effortless Tracking:
1. Once your matrix is set up, the system will display a comprehensive list of all current employees.
2. Next to each employee's name, the system will showcase the selected licenses and certifications.
3. For each license, a box will indicate the status:
- If the employee possesses a record for the selected certificate, a tick mark will appear inside the box.
- If the employee lacks a record for the chosen certificate, the box will be displayed in a calming light blue color, making it easy to identify gaps.
- If a license has expired, an "Expired" ribbon will appear on the certificate box, ensuring no critical compliance is overlooked.
The Benefits of the Compliance Matrix:
1. Streamlined Compliance Management: Say goodbye to manual tracking and endless spreadsheets. The Compliance Matrix centralizes all your compliance data, saving you time and effort.
2. Visual Insights at a Glance: With the matrix view, you gain an instant overview of your workforce's compliance status. Identify potential issues and take proactive measures with ease.
3. Personalized Matrices: Tailor matrices to specific departments, job roles, or compliance categories, ensuring your workforce stays on top of their required certifications.
4. Enhance Organizational Compliance: With a clear picture of your employees' certifications, you ensure your organization remains compliant with industry regulations.
