Track Your Subcontractors Compliances

If your business hires subcontracting companies to carry out and handle certain tasks, the new Contractor Compliance Matrix will assist your organization in staying compliant and tracking all compliance for your subcontractors. This includes insurance certificates (public liability, workers' compensation, etc.), qualifications, licenses, and safety documents.

The Contractor Compliance Matrix empowers you to efficiently manage mandatory and optional compliances. You can upload, view, and monitor their statuses online, including expiration dates and more. Streamline your operations and utilize the contractor matrix now.

What is the Compliance Matrix?
The Compliance Matrix is a user-friendly screen that empowers you to effortlessly maintain and track essential licenses, certifications, and compliances for your entire workforce & your contractors. It offers a dynamic and intuitive matrix view, allowing you to create personalized matrices to suit your specific needs.


Access to the Contractor Compliance Matrix
Please be aware that access to this screen should only be granted to internal office administrators. Contractors should not have access, as the screen displays all other subcontractor compliances.

Grant Access to the Contractors Matrix
If you need to grant or revoke access to the Contractors Matrix, you can do so by navigating to Settings > Users & Permissions. hoose the desired profile you wish to modify, locate the Compliance Matrix Section, and then simply mark or unmark the relevant access based on your intended actions.
