Limit which Employees are able to clock in to a specific Job
Here's how it works.
To limit which Employees are able to clock in to a specific Job or project, you'll need to assign the employees to the job or project.
To do this, follow these steps:
1- Navigate the job/project screen
2-Click on the assigned employees tab
3-You will have two options to select from
A.You can allow all employees and everyone to clock against the job/project
B.Allow only specific Employees to clock in to the Job or project

How can we prevent users from entering time beyond the start and end dates of a project?
A project start and end dates do not affect team members’ ability to enter time against the project. Instead, administrator can change the project status into (Closed or Completed)
Do we need to add tasks to the project or Job?
No, tasks aren’t required. Resources can enter time against the sites or project instead
