Annual Plan

Annual Plan

Initial Setup
When you first subscribe to the annual plan, you need to specify the number of users (Admin Users & Employees) you would like to pre-pay for the next 12 months. Once you have specified this number, ClickTime will invoice you for the entire year based on the agreed number of users.

Subscription Renewal
Your annual plan will automatically renew on your subscription end date, adding an additional 12 months to your subscription. ClickTime will send you a reminder before the renewal date. Before the annual plan auto-renews, you can:
Review and Renew: Adjust the number of users or renew your plan early.
Switch to Monthly: Change to a monthly subscription plan at the end of your annual period. Note that you will lose the annual plan discount when switching to a monthly plan.

Billing and User Management
With our annual billing plan, you pre-pay for a nominated number of users for a 12-month period. This allows you to take advantage of our discounted annual rate. During the year, you can add extra users as needed, and they will also benefit from the same annual discounted rate. However, you cannot reduce the number of users during the annual period. You can only reduce the number of users when it is time to renew your annual plan.

Changing the Number of Users
As a system administrator, you have the ability to change the number of users when it’s time to renew your annual plan. If you find that you need to change the number of users with access to your ClickTime plan during the year, you can do so by contacting us.

Adding Users During the Year: If you decide to add additional users to your ClickTime annual plan throughout the year (above the number of users you specified when you renewed or signed up for your annual plan), you can email us at admin@clicktime.com.au. You will be billed for the extra users at the prorated annual rate for the amount of time remaining on your initial annual term.

Adjusting Users at Renewal: In the weeks before your annual subscription is due to renew, you can add or reduce the number of users you are pre-paying for in the next 12-month period. Once the new annual period takes effect, you have up to seven days to finalize the number of users.

Important Notes
You have up to one week after the renewal date to cancel or adjust the number of users for your annual plan.

Canceling Your Annual Plan
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time, but no refunds will be given for the
         unused portion of your subscription.
To cancel your plan, please send an email to admin@clicktime.com.au. Once the
cancellation is completed, you will lose access to your account.
Data Export: Before canceling your service with ClickTime, we advise you to export
all the data you need from various screens such as employee, scheduler, sites,
        customers, setup tables, and reports.
Feedback: We would appreciate hearing from you about the reason for your cancellation
and if there is anything we can do to improve our service.
