Manage blocked pop-ups on your browser


Depending on your current browser, some customers will face the issue that ClickTime Web application is not able to download and save their timesheet export file and some other customers might not be able to connect to XERO for the first time because their browser has blocked our application from displaying popup windows and dialogues.
This default behaviour of most browsers is to block & prevents pop-up windows to prevent ads and spam.
Not all pop-ups are ads or spam. ClickTime software and some legitimate web applications display some web content in pop-up windows.
if you are facing this issue, see below the steps on how to enable the popups for our web application.

Allow pop-ups on Chrome
  1. On your computer, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
  3. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked Pop-up blocked.
  4. Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
  5. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] and then Done.

Allow pop-ups on FireFox
In the Tools menuclick on Settings, then click on Privacy & Security from the menu on the left. 



Scroll down to the Permissions section and then click on the Exceptions button next to the Block pop-up windows checked box.



Add the website url - *rostersmanager - in the Address of website: field and press the Allow button, then the Save Changes button.
