I would like to suggest an enhancement to the scheduler that would allow us to easily view a list of the most experienced staff members who have previously worked on a particular job site. This feature would be extremely helpful for the scheduling team, especially when an assigned staff member declines a shift or calls in sick. With this list, it would be much easier to quickly find and offer the shift to employees who are already familiar with the job site, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption.
